Live-In Position
Requirements:
Pastry chef Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a pastry position in the kitchen. Formal cooking/pastry degree/diploma preferable.
Experience in a la carte and banqueting preparation in pastry.
Previous experience with chocolate and sugar work.
Creative individual needed with passion for pastry section.
