Job Description
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree
- Electrical or Mechanical GCC Mines and Works
- Operational experience in hard rock, mechanised underground mining experience
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and SAP R/3
- 2 years recognised junior engineering program training essential
- 2-4 Years operational experience in hard rock mining
- 2-3 Years project management experience
- Ensuring efficient plant/equipment availability
- Ensuring zero harm to employees and the environment by meeting legal and SHEQ regulations and compliances
- Efficient equipment maintenance management i.e. equipment availability to ensure production targets are met
- Ensuring effective project delivery to enable future growth and attainment of production targets'
- Implementing effective financial management processes
- Ensuring effective people management and development methologies
- Applying engineering expertise to ensure that effective design checks and specifications are conducted on equipment
