Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Office Administrator with additional responsibilities in IT support and building maintenance coordination. This role ensures the smooth running of day-to-day office operations while managing basic IT functions and overseeing the maintenance of premises.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
Oversee daily administrative operations of the office.
Supervise and support administrative staff.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and accommodations.
Maintain filing systems and office records.
IT Support:
Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Liaise with external IT service providers for complex issues and upgrades.
Maintain office IT equipment and inventory (computers, printers, phones).
Ensure data backups and adherence to IT policies and cybersecurity measures.
Building Maintenance:
Coordinate building maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
Manage service contracts for cleaning, security, HVAC, and other facilities
Requirements:
Proven experience in office administration (7+ years preferred).
Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Experience managing building or facilities maintenance.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and office management software
Strong problem-solving skills
