Senior Nurse Administrator

Constantia, WC, ZA, South Africa

Job Description

Senior Integrative Nurse AdministratorPath to Health - Southern Suburbs, Cape Town

A rare opportunity to join a conscious, whole-person healing practice

About Path to Health

Path to Health is an integrative medical practice rooted in mind, body, and spirit healing. Led by Dr. Raoul Goldberg--a Medical Doctor, Transpersonal Psychologist (PhD), trained homeopath, and Waldorf school physician--our practice draws from multiple healing traditions including Western and European medicine, anthroposophical approaches, and homeopathy.

Dr. Goldberg trained with pupils of Rudolf Steiner in Swiss medical clinics. We use botanical medicines and integrative remedies as our frontline treatment. We grow many remedies in our gardens and prepare botanical medicines in our licensed dispensary.

Our practice is in a beautiful wood building filled with natural daylight. We are intentionally slow-paced, fragrance-free, and committed to whole-system care. We provide cotton uniforms and honor the wellbeing of everyone who works here.

We serve a wide spectrum--from young children to those with chronic illness, advanced cancer, and end-of-life care. Our patient population includes VIPs and international patients. We operate with a "yes we can" philosophy--finding ways to accommodate patient needs with grace.

This work requires clinical excellence and profound emotional maturity.

Our previous nurse left due to anxiety around dying patients--we need someone who understands that being with people as they face mortality is sacred work, not something to fear.
