Senior Network Provisioning Manager

? What you will lead and shape

• End-to-end provisioning strategy and oversight across enterprise networks, VoIP, hosting, and cloud security
• Clear provisioning frameworks and best practices, enforced with credibility, technical authority, and collaboration
• Quality assurance models and control matrices that prevent repeat issues and improve service integrity
• A culture of intelligent execution, where engineers understand not just what to do, but why it matters
• Automation-driven provisioning workflows, reducing manual effort, risk, and delivery timelines
• Technology-aligned evolution, ensuring provisioning practices keep pace with new platforms, tools, and AI-enabled capabilities

You will

• Continuously evolve provisioning models as technology, customer needs, and architectures change
• Champion automation, orchestration, and AI-assisted provisioning to improve predictability and scalability

• Translate complex technical realities into clear direction for engineers and executives

You understand that strong provisioning principles enable innovation, they do not restrict it.
? Experience (this is non-negotiable)

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in telecommunications or network operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused specifically on network provisioning
• Proven track record managing enterprise-scale provisioning projectsacross

• Networks, including SDWAN, MPLS VPN, BGP, APN, QOS
• VoIP environments, including SIP and RTP protocols
• Hosting platforms, including VPS and dedicated servers
• Cloud security, including firewalls, encryption, and IAM within AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Demonstrated experience implementing automation tools and quality assurance frameworks in fast-paced, complex environments
• Proven success in improving customer experience and driving revenue growth through operational and provisioning enhancements
