We are seeking a

Senior Multimedia Producer

to oversee and execute high-level content production across video, podcasts, webinars, and digital platforms. This role requires

extensive AI expertise

, proven experience in

webinar production

, and the ability to deliver engaging, brand-consistent media in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Podcast & Webinar Production

Lead

end-to-end podcast and webinar production

, including recording, editing, publishing, and repurposing content. Oversee

live webinar execution

with professional broadcast quality and audience engagement. Enhance audio/visual elements with branded intros/outros, transitions, captions, and supporting graphics.

Video Strategy & Editing

Edit and produce

long-form, mid-form, and short-form video

content for YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. Develop highlight reels, teasers, and derivative content optimized for platform specifications. Maintain and evolve branded video templates, graphics packages, and modular assets.

AI-Powered Innovation

Identify and integrate

AI tools

for editing, repurposing, captioning, automation, and performance tracking. Use AI-driven analytics for

SEO, engagement, and content optimization

. Implement workflow efficiencies to streamline production and maximize reach.

Creative Design & Content Repurposing

Design multimedia assets including

thumbnails, infographics, presentations, and campaign visuals

. Repurpose long-form content into

short, engaging clips

for multi-platform distribution. Ensure all deliverables align with Patriot's brand kits (Patriot Holdings, Jeremiah Boucher, All Purpose Storage).

Leadership & Collaboration

Manage contractors and junior editors to maintain consistent quality standards. Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging, storytelling, and campaign goals. Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in

AI and multimedia production

.
Qualifications

7+ years

in multimedia production, with at least

3 years in a senior/lead role

. Proven experience with

AI-based content workflows

(editing, captions, automation, analytics). Strong background in

webinar production

, including pre-event planning and live broadcast execution. Advanced proficiency with editing and design tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, Descript, etc.). Skilled in

social media optimization

and multi-platform publishing. Excellent project management skills, able to deliver on tight deadlines. Creative, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced digital environment.
Compensation & Schedule

Salary:

R25,000 - R30,000 per month, depending on experience.
