The role

As a Senior Motion Designer, you will report to the Motion Design Director and work within both our Digital and Motion teams. You will be responsible for executing high-level motion graphics and HTML5 display media, interpreting client briefs, and driving up standards of creativity across the agency.

What you'll be doing

Executing strong artistic and technical animation using Adobe After Effects and Google Web Designer Collaborating with Creative, Agency Producer, and Client Service teams to interpret and develop client briefs Articulating creative rationale and feedback in a thoughtful and professional manner Working efficiently in a busy, fast-paced, and deadline-orientated post-production environment Contributing to operational flow, including file structures, archiving, and system continuity Continually developing technical skills and recommending new training to implement innovative styles

What we're looking for

A strong portfolio showcasing a mixture of motion graphics, video, and audio content Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator Proficiency in creating moving display banners using Google Web Designer Technical understanding of video codecs, frame rates, file formats, and aspect ratios Artistic ability with a strong eye for detail, lighting, colour, and visual effects Ability to prioritize workflow and adhere to strict deadlines
