Senior Mobile Developer (react)
Job Description
This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for a senior engineer to take a pivotal role in the architecture, development, and deployment of the company's next-generation mobile applications. You will be tasked with transforming business requirements into elegant, scalable, and high-performing mobile solutions. Your mission is to build mission-critical applications, improve existing systems, and mentor a team of talented developers, directly influencing the technical direction and success of the company's mobile strategy.
To achieve these objectives, you will need a demonstrated track record of accomplishment. We are looking for evidence of the following:
- Core Requirement: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a significant focus on mobile application development.
- Proven Delivery: Demonstrated experience architecting, building, and successfully deploying complex, commercial React Native applications from concept to launch on multiple app stores (iOS, Android, Huawei).
- Full-Stack Acumen: Experience building or integrating with backend API services (preferably in a .NET environment) and working with relational databases like MS SQL Server.
- Technical Leadership: A history of improving codebases through refactoring, optimizing performance, and mentoring other developers to elevate team standards.
- DevOps Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern development tools and CI/CD pipelines, particularly Git and Azure DevOps.
