Job Description
A dynamic, sought-after supplier of high quality Jewellery and Accessories, has a vacancy for an experienced, results-driven Merchandiser with experience in the below. SA CITIZENS ONLY.
Responsibilities
- Lead new product development across Denim and Fashion Categories.
- Act as primary liaison between clients and factories.
- Handle costing and price negotiations with suppliers and customers.
- Co-ordinate with factories and suppliers to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Track orders and approvals throughout the production cycle.
- Review external inspection reports and fabric tests before bulk shipment.
Qualifications: Relevant Degree/Diploma in Fashion.
Experience: 4 - 7 years Merchandising experience with Clothing/Accessories supplier.
Additional: o Proficient in managing local and import production across diverse categories, including Ladieswear and Accessories. o Adept at overseeing end-to-end production processes, ensuring high-quality outcomes while adhering to budgets and strict timelines. o Known for fostering strong client relationships, collaborating effectively with teams and driving seamless execution from design to delivery. o Highly organized, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering excellence.
