FlowPath Lab

is seeking a high-performing, self-driven Marketing Representative to expand our footprint.

We aren't just looking for someone to "drop off brochures." We want a strategic partner who understands the Durban medical landscape, speaks the language of Physicians and GPs, and has the grit to drive significant volume to our world-class diagnostic facilities.

What You'll Do

Leverage Existing Networks:

Instantly tap into your current relationships with GPs and Specialists to promote FlowPath's diagnostic services.

Strategic Territory Management:

Own the Durban area, identifying high-potential practices and converting them into loyal partners.

Technical Consulting:

Act as a bridge between the laboratory and the clinician, explaining our specialized molecular and pathology offerings.

Results-Driven Growth:

Consistently meet and exceed monthly referral targets through high-activity field work.

The Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Proven Track Record:

Minimum 3-5 years of successful lab pathology sales experience in the

Durban

area.

Active Network:

You must have current, "warm" relationships with GPs and Physicians in the region.

Productivity:

High-energy individual who thrives on a high call rate and face-to-face engagement.

Industry Knowledge:

Solid understanding of pathology services and medical aid landscapes.

Mobility:

Valid driver's license

Market-Leading Salary:

R35,000 - R45,000 Basic (Negotiable based on experience/network).
