Job Description
SUMMARY:
Responsible for quality control and visual inspections of the Works and construction activities
POSITION INFO:
This position is site spesific for the duration of the project.

Education and experience:
- National diploma in
with Pr. Techni Registration and minimum 2 years relevant experience after registration
Registration:
- Pr. Techni -with the Engineering Council of SA (ECSA) or any other body recognized by ECSA, i.e. Washington Accord, Dublin Accord, Sydney Accord.
- Experience with COTO (COLTO)
- Quality control and maintenance of test request books;
- Monitoring and visual inspections of the Works and construction activities;
- Monitoring and assess material, borrow pit and quarry utilisation;
- Coordinate testing activities between the
- Graphic preparation and interpretation of all test results where required;
- Mix design and Trial Section evaluation and reporting;
- Preparing, compiling and submission of Monthly Materials reports;
- Monthly audit;
- Formalise materials As-Built data and submit final (approved) report in accordance with Client requirements;
- Maintenance of daily site diary;
- Any other reasonable request.
