Leads a multi-disciplinary credit risk team, who effectively and pro-actively manages credit losses through excellent credit risk management, nationally for the Commercial Agricultural Segment, by applying appropriately credit policies and guidelines. Supports and proactively leads the team to support business partners in understanding and meeting client lending needs as well as providing input on legal documentation in collaboration with Legal teams for complex transactions.
Further leverage ecosystem methodology in pursuit of the Bank's asset growth targets, ultimately to support the Universal Financial Services Organisation aspiration.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce

Experience Required
Credit Risk & Compliance
5 -7 years
Deep knowledge and understanding of Contract law, Credit Risk assessment and evaluation including financial statements ,collateral and collection processes within the banking environment. Knowledge of products as offered by SBSA across segments

Leadership

3-7 Years

Proven experience in leading a team is essential
