Job Description
The Senior Manager: Quality Assurance will be responsible for defining and driving the quality strategy across enterprise-grade software platforms, ensuring the delivery of robust, high-performing, and secure digital products. Operating in a complex ecosystem of mobile applications, APIs, partner integrations, and cloud/hybrid infrastructure, the role provides leadership over functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing practices.
This role oversees the end-to-end QA lifecycle from test planning and automation to release governance and defect tracking while embedding shift-left practices within Agile and DevOps workflows. The role will lead, and future-proof Quality Assurance (QA) strategy, ensuring digital platforms, products, and ecosystems are resilient, high-performing, compliant, and secure. This role enables speed-to-market while embedding shift-left testing, automation-first approaches, and AI/ML-driven quality insights across the fintech product lifecycle.
