Senior QA Manager (Enterprise Platforms)

This is a 5 - month contract with our client

Responsibilities include:

Drive Quality Strategy:

Define the end-to-end QA lifecycle, from shift-left automation to release governance and production observability.

Lead Test Engineering:

Build and maintain robust automation frameworks for functional, integration, and performance testing using tools like

Selenium, Appium, and JMeter

.

Oversee Cloud Migrations:

Lead the QA strategy for critical infrastructure transitions, including

on-prem to Azure migrations

, DR failovers, and cloud cutovers.

Embed DevOps Synergy:

Partner with DevOps teams to integrate quality gates and automated testing directly into

Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions

pipelines.

Mentor & Govern:

Manage distributed QA teams, define SLA-based defect policies, and cultivate a "preventive QA" culture across the Group.

Requirements include

Experience:

8+ years in Quality Assurance with at least

3+ years in a leadership/management role

overseeing complex system landscapes.

Technical Depth:

Hands-on expertise in

Mobile & API testing

(Firebase, Postman, Swagger) and mocking/stubbing services (WireMock).

Cloud & Infrastructure Savvy:

Proven success in managing QA within hybrid cloud environments and validating

Disaster Recovery (DR)

readiness.

Leadership Acumen:

Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional alignment and track quality metrics that impact the bottom line.

Education:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Toolkit

Frameworks:

Selenium, Cypress, Appium, JMeter, Postman.

CI/CD & Governance:

Azure DevOps, Jenkins, SonarQube, Allure.

Observability:

Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, App Center. *

Certifications:

ISTQB Advanced Level (Required); Agile Testing or PMP (Advantageous).
