Purpose of the Position:
To optimize overall business effectiveness through planning & execution of projects & programmes aligned to the business objectives
To manage programme & portfolio Management by overseeing the Project, Strategy & Cost Management Office (PSC) function
To operationalize organization strategy by supporting the organization through Client, Revenue, People & Tech Strategy implementation
To manage revenue through a strong Cost & Revenue strategy for ROI management

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in DMS, Connected Video, and EBS, BTD, etc.
Manage relationships with any third party technology and systems suppliers
Collaborate, champion and enable effective leadership and synergistic cross-functional working relationships
Manage the allocated functional budget
Develop business improvement, optimization and innovation KPIs per initiative
Set up an evaluation criterion consisting of key financial and non-financial metrics to shortlist innovative ideas that should be developed for short term tactical gains or long term strategic advantages
People Management
Lead the recruitment and retention of the best talent and drive a culture of continuous improvement
Develop a high performing team by embedding formal performance development and informal coaching
Encourage frequent knowledge sharing between team members
Determine and analyse development needs for the team and ensure that identified training requirements are budgeted for and executed
Review and update the department's organisation structure and role description on at least an annual basis to ensure that they are fit for purpose and contain all the accountabilities of each team member
Qualifications
Post-graduate degree in Administration, Strategy or Engineering
10-12 years of overall business experience in strategy, planning & accounts management
6-7 yrs relevant experience in planning, executing & managing ROI projects & programmes, change management & product lifecycle management.
Experience in managing cost & budget planning and implementation of related projects
Experience in managing client relationships with internal & external stakeholders
Experience working on adhoc assignments which requires demands travelling in a high-pressure environment
Strong understanding of Data & Analytics pertaining to al the areas within business
Demonstrated delivery of projects and proven record of implementing solutions in a large-scale organization
Experience working in a high-pressure environment with challenging stakeholders
