Senior Manager Operations

to lead our dynamic teams across South Africa, Botswana, and Eswatini. This is an incredible opportunity to make a significant impact within a global leader in logistics and express delivery.

What You Will Do:

As the Senior Manager Operations, you'll be responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of our facilities in Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, and Bloemfontein, as well as our operations in Botswana and Eswatini. Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and developing a high-performing team

, including managers, to achieve departmental and operational goals. Ensuring

timely and consistent completion of processes and procedures

across all assigned departments and locations. Driving
