Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Store Manager at our Gauteng stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring costs and expenses and driving sales growth.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail setting Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Proficiency in basic computer skills, such as MS Office Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent, a degree in business or related field is a plus
Pay : R420,000.00 per year - Negotiable
