Job Description
o To lead commercial planning activities, enablement and execution across channels & regions in line with the commercial operations strategy and so as to continuously improve sales performance

o To drive sales and channel enablement with aim to ensure sales teams are well-resourced with the resources, training, and knowledge of available products & services to actively drive sales across channels
Strategic Input
o Support and contribute to the development of the functional strategy in line with the overarching business goals
o Ensure effective implementation of the strategy by means of providing direction, structure, frameworks, models, plans and roadmaps
o Conduct regular review of the functional strategy and roadmap to ensure its alignment with the changing dynamics of the internal and external ecosystem
