Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards

- Develop and implement effective marketing and advertising strategies to increase revenue and brand awareness

- Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, clients, and partners

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting our brand values and mission

- Analyze sales trends, identifying opportunities to drive growth and improve profitability

- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement sustainable practices and strategies

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in spa management

- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and building strong brand awareness

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Passionate about sustainability, eco-friendliness, and promoting environmentally responsible practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective marketing strategies
