Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a dynamic Senior Management Couple to join a luxury lodge in Madikwe. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role for a team who thrives in 5-star hospitality, loves the bush, and knows how to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

? What you'll be doing:

Him:

Lead guiding operations with FGASA Level 1 (Level 2 preferred) and up-to-date qualifications
/p
p
Conduct trails and ensure guest safety and engagement
/p
p
Maintain vehicles and lodge facilities
/p
p
First Aid Level 1 certified
/p
p
Host guests with professionalism and flair
/p
p
Assist with basic HR and team management
/p
p
Her:

p
Lead front-of-house operations and hosting with warmth and professionalism
/p
p
Knowledge of all lodge departments and PAN essential
/p
p
Admin and computer skills (MS Office)
/p
p
Support HR processes and staff management
/p
p
Deliver exceptional guest experiences
/p
p
? What you'll need as a couple:

Minimum 5 years' experience in 5-star properties
/p
p
Own transport and valid driver's license
/p
p
Ability to manage a team, multitask, and think creatively on your feet
/p
p
Outgoing personalities and confident entertaining guests
/p
p
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
/p
p
