Job Summary
Senior Management Couple - Luxury Game Reserve (North West)
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Live-in Position | 6 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off Work Cycle
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Management Couple for a renowned luxury game reserve located in the North West province. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic duo with strong leadership capabilities, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering five-star guest experiences.
Package Includes:
Salary: R33,000.00 (negotiable depending on experience)
Live-in accommodation
Food allowance provided by the company
6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
21 days annual leave
Uniform provided
Provident fund (after 3 months)
13th cheque (subject to company performance)
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in senior roles at 5-star properties
Driver's licence (both individuals)
Own transport essential
Ability to manage a team and delegate effectively
Independent, self-driven and proactive work ethic
Strong interpersonal skills with confident, outgoing personalities
Must be comfortable entertaining guests and representing the brand
Key Requirements - Him:
FGASA Level 1 minimum (Level 2 preferred) - all guiding qualifications current and paid
Full Trails Guide (advantageous but not essential)
First Aid Level 1
Strong general and vehicle maintenance skills
Strong hosting ability
Fluent in spoken and written English
Basic HR knowledge
Key Requirements - Her:
Strong hosting ability
Well-rounded knowledge across lodge departments (advantageous)
Proficient in PAN system (essential)
Computer literate - MS Office proficient
Strong administrative skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Basic HR knowledge
