Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Operation Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Scheduling and Job Management System Performance and Optimization Documentation and Knowledge Sharing Change Management Collaboration and Support Security-Ensure adherence to security protocol, best practices and compliance with relevant regulations & standards.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualification:
Diploma Information science or , Technology Technical, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology (Relevant Qualification)*
Skills and Experience:
5+years in the similar role*
Certification/course work related to the field e.g (IBM etc.) advantageous*
Deep understanding of mainframe hardware and software Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with mainframe scheduling tools Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with mainframe security practices
