As the Senior Logistics Coordinator for an Aquacultural Farming company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the logistics processes. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the movement of aquatic products from farm to market, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all necessary regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the transportation of aquatic products from farm to market, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all necessary regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast inventory needs and ensure adequate supply chain management
• Monitor and analyze transportation and logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of transportation equipment to ensure its proper functioning and minimize downtime
• Collaborate with government agencies and external partners to ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
• Train and mentor junior logistics staff to ensure their effective performance and professional growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the farming industry
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems, such as TMS and ERP platforms
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed for company purposes
