Job Description

Introduction
Our client, a boutique law firm based in Bedfordview is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Senior Legal Secretary and Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to join their team. In this role, you will provide vital support to the MD and ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of his practice.
Duties & Responsibilities
Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation.
Liaison with clients.
Managing Director's Diary.
Travel Arrangements.
Scheduling internal team meetings and preparing agenda.
Ability to produce minutes from time to time.
Conference Registrations.
Bookkeeping - billing and invoicing.
Document Management.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Diploma/Certificate in office administration or Paralegal.
At least 5 years' experience in a legal environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LexisNexis, and scheduling software.
Solid understanding of legal principles, compliance, corporate governance, legal collections, litigation processes, and document interpretation.
