You'll need:

LLB | Admission as an Attorney of the High Court (essential)
At least 6-8 years' post-articles experience, ideally with a mix of in-house and private practice exposure
Experience in the education, training, or recruitment sectors is a strong bonus
A knack for balancing legal integrity with commercial practicality
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
