APPOINTMENT TO A SENIOR LECTURER LEVEL
PhD in Educational Management/Leadership. 5 years' teaching experience at a tertiary institution or 7 years' professional working experience in the relevant field. At least five publications in accredited and peer-reviewed journals. Experience in postgraduate supervision will serve as an added advantage. Must have the ability to manage workload and possess efficient administration skills. Ability to deliver teaching in ways that stimulate, engage, and inspire students to learn.
APPOINTMENT AT A LECTURER LEVEL
Master's degree in Educational Management/Leadership. 3 years' teaching experience at a tertiary institution or 5 years' professional working experience in the relevant field. Publications in peer reviewed and non-peer reviewed journals will serve as an advantage.
DUTIES
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Supervise at post-graduate levels. Assist the department in developing and improving its curriculum. Publishing in an accredited journal. Conduct community engagement. To teach using both contact as well as E-learning/online resources platforms.
