- Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet sales objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions for clients.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Prepare and present reports on account activity and sales performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
- Strong experience in Oil and Gas industry
A successful Senior Key Account Specialist should have:
- Proven experience in account management within the professional services industry.
- B2B account management experience
- Experience dealing with clients within the Transportation, Manufacturing, Mining, Construction, Agriculture & Forestry, Public Admin, Food & Beverages, Tourism, Hotel & Restaurants Industry.
- A strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to analyse data and derive insights to drive client success.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
