Junior Restaurant Manager: 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, confident communicator, service-driven, and eager to learn and grow. ? Senior Restaurant Manager: 3-5 years of experience in a similar high-volume, high-standard restaurant environment, strong leadership skills, business-savvy, and cool under pressure. Requirements: Excellent communication and people skills Solid understanding of restaurant operations and controls Experience with POS systems and general computer literacy Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays A genuine love for the hospitality industry and a can-do attitude! ?
