Job Description
Battle Duties:
Lead the development and implementation of Java applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect robust software solutions.
Mentor and guide team members to foster a collaborative and growth-minded environment.
Engage in code reviews to improve code quality and adherence to best practices.
Solve technical issues to ensure seamless operation of software applications.
Stay up to date with Java trends and integrate new technologies.
Extensive experience as a Java Developer, expertise in enterprise-level Java applications, knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices, familiarity with frameworks and databases, proficiency in front-end technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
