Senior IT System Administrator (JHB) IT - Support
Johannesburg - Gauteng - South Africa
ENVIRONMENT:
A dynamic Financial Services provider with a mission to help under-served customers in emerging markets to achieve financial stability and success is looking for a strong technical Senior IT System Administrator to join its team. You will be responsible for carrying out the management and maintenance of the various resources that the organization maintains in its facilities as well as providing support in the resolution of the various issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will need a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or at least 2+ years experience having provided support in the form of LinuxWindowsMac OS architecture with knowledge of IT technologies such as System Administration, management and administration of computer networks, Cloud Services (Slack, Google Workspace, SSO), process automation and application integration, and computer security concepts.
DUTIES:

• Application and Database access control.
• Administration of computer resources.
• Provide good service to end users that present inconsistencies.
• Installation and configuration of the various applications that are managed within the organization.
• Management of IT service providers.
• Automation of internal processes.
• Credential management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science OR 2+ years experience having provided support in the form of LinuxWindowsMac OS architecture.
• Intermediate knowledge of a Programming language
• Knowledge of IT technologies such as System Administration, management and administration of computer networks, Cloud Services (Slack, Google Workspace, SSO), process automation and application integration, and computer security concepts.
