Job Description

We require a senior Sales Consultant with prior experience in the IT industry. We require a strong analytical approach to budgeting financial figures, using Excel formulas and functions. Experience using PowerBI for reports essential.
Minimum Requirements:

• 2-5 years' sales experience from an IT industry
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Own transport and must be able to travel to customers
• Knowledge of IT platforms such as networks, Microsoft platforms and Cloud services
• Strong on Excel
• Good with PowerPoint presentations
• Presentable and well spoken (will deal with corporate C-suite execs)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales
o Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities from new and existing customers.
o Cold Calling/Emails
o Demos and Presentations
o Marketing Campaigns
o Proposals, RFP, Business Case Writing, ROI
o Attend conferences and promote current solutions.
o Hosting webinars to demonstrate product updates and new features.
o Researching industry market trends
Account Management
o Building and maintaining relationships with customers
o Account Review Meetings
o Gather Client Feedback
o Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
o Complete Licensing Renewals, True-Ups, Quotes and Invoice Processing
o Consulting on business requirements and strategic objectives
o Upsell
Vendor Management
o Attend partner meetings and webinars
o Building vendor relationships
CRM
o Capture all contacts, leads, opportunities, and quotes on Dynamics 365
o Customize and configure Dynamics 365
Reporting
o Build PowerBI Dashboards and Reports
o Weekly/Monthly reports on opportunities and account review meetings
