Established Organisation in the Technology Space, requires an experienced Senior IT Recruiter who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles
Description
End-to-end recruitment for IT and digital roles
Proactive sourcing of scarce technical skills across multiple platforms including Linkedin, Networks and AI
Managing and nurturing candidate pipelines
Partnering closely with clients and hiring managers in a consultative capacity
Advising clients and internal stakeholders on role design, talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies
Conducting competency-based interviews and candidate assessments
Acting as a trusted recruitment advisor, not just a delivery partner
Minimum Requirements
Tertiary Qualification
Minimum 6 Years experience recruiting for IT / technical roles (internal or agency)
Strong understanding of software development, infrastructure, and digital profiles
Comfortable using AI-powered recruitment tools and platforms to enhance sourcing, screening, and hiring decisions
Demonstrated ability to work consultatively and provide strategic recruitment advice
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Results-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organised
