MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED



Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM) is advantageous Agile and SDLC methodology knowledge required Minimum 5-7 years' experience managing end-to-end IT or business system projects Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholders Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and Jira Experience in stakeholder engagement at all organisational levels Ability to manage complex dependencies and communicate effectively in high-pressure environments

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAKEY PERFORMANCE AREA



Lead end-to-end delivery of projects - Projects delivered on time, within scope and budget. Maintain detailed project plans and RAID logs - Accurate, updated plans and risk/action registers. Manage cross-functional project teams - Teams aligned, accountable, and high-performing. Ensure governance adherence and stakeholder alignment - PMO templates followed; status updates issued regularly. Conduct effective project meetings and reporting - Structured meetings held; minutes/actions distributed. Support PMO process improvement initiatives - Contribution to standardisation, templates, and reporting tools. Mentor junior team members - Guidance provided; team capability uplifted. Manage post-implementation reviews - Lessons learned documented and improvement actions tracked.
