Job Description
Step into the starring role as a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer behind mission-critical systems. Design, secure and optimise servers, networking, virtualisation and cloud.
Perfect for an engineer ready to move from reactive support into strategic architecture.
This role involves taking end-to-end responsibility for designing, implementing and maintaining secure, scalable infrastructure across servers, networking, virtualisation and cloud environments, with a strong focus on uptime, performance, stability and long-term architectural impact rather than day-to-day end-user support.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in IT Infrastructure Engineering
Windows & Linux server administration
Hyper-V, HP servers, switching & networking fundamentals
Azure and SQL exposure
Understanding of systems architecture & ITSM processes
Qualification:
Tertiary IT qualification
Microsoft/Linux certifications advantageous
ITIL beneficial
