An established financial services company is looking for an experienced Senior Internal Auditor with a passion for African travel to join their ever-evolving Internal Audit Department, with operations that spread through other African countries.
Reporting to the Head of Internal, the prosperous candidate will be required to complete system descriptions and process flows, plan audit projects and ensure audit objectives are met.
Duties:
- Draft and deliver annual audit reports
- Deliver on operational and strategic goals
- Implement risk management policies and processes
- Improve institutions operations
- Understanding of governance, risk, compliance and internal auditing principles
- Review and mitigate potential risks
- Identify process, information and control gaps
- Stakeholder/EXCO engagement
- Honours Degree in Accounting/Audit/Fin or Risk Management
- CIA non-negotiable
- CISA Advantageous
- ACL, IDEA or UIPath
- 5 years Financial Services Audit experience
- SQL/IDEA/Linux/CAATS
