Relevant Interior Design qualification.
3 -5 years of experience in corporate interior design and space planning.
Proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
Strong conceptual and 3D thinking skills to create designs that are both creative and practical.
Understanding of construction methods and processes.
Knowledge of the local supplier market, current trends, and industry best practices.
Ability to take clear, accurate briefs and work methodically to deliver on them.
Good numerical skills to work within budgets.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Good organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Solid computer literacy in MS Office and Google Suite.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing creative concepts from interpreting client briefs to preparing sketches, mood boards, and design presentations.
Work on design development to meet client briefs, budgets, and relevant regulations, including preparing technical, construction, and council documentation.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors sourcing quality products, coordinating pricing, and supporting site inspections and snag lists.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project handovers.
Support senior designers and project leads in delivering outstanding design solutions.
Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders and act as a positive representative of the brand.
