xe2x80x9cOur team has an opportunity for PR. Eng, Degreed SENIOR INSTRUMENT & CONTROLS ENGINEER for a two (2) year project duration with Chemical or Petrochemical or Fertilizer project experience to be site based in RICHARDS BAY, KWAZULU-NATAL.xe2x80x9d

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that results of any development work are fully utilized in Instrument activities.
• Executes assigned work in accordance with the applicable Project Procedures and Standards, including clients and/or Project Procedures on Safety and Quality Control, within the man-hour, cost budgets and the project schedule targets.
• Liaises with the Process Engineering Department at the initial design investigation stage where equipment has a particular influence on process design philosophy, during the equipment selection stage and during project execution.
• Develops specification and prepare material requisitions for control systems, instruments, control valves and all other instruments.
• Inputs the required specification/process data into instrument index as per the defined structure and format.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT

• Accredited Degree qualification.
• Minimum 10 plus years Instrument & Controls Engineering experience within Chemical or Petrochemical or Fertilizer Industries.
• Professional Registration preferred.
