Senior Inside Sales Advisor - B2C
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Inside Sales Advisor to join our team and lead our sales efforts for our online UX design courses. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will also coach and mentor a team of junior sales representatives and ensure they meet their sales targets.
As a Senior Inside Sales Advisor, you will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate the value of our educational offerings to a diverse audience. You will also have a deep knowledge of our products and services, the online education industry, and the impact of artificial intelligence on online learning and teaching. You will use various communication channels, such as phone, email, or chat, to reach out to potential or existing customers and persuade them to buy.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of five years of demonstrable sales experience within a fast-paced inside sales environment, preferably in the field of UX design or software development. You must also have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, using a consultative sales approach, and reporting on sales performance and KPIs. You must be able to work independently and remotely, and travel occasionally as needed.
