Job Description
Our client in the Recycling industry is currently looking for a Senior ICT Technician, in East Rand.
Responsibilities:
- To provide technical support and solutions to the staff.
- Play a key role in repairing laptops of various brands hence providing quality service delivery to stakeholders including vendors and end customers.
- Repair and QC.
- Maintain the Turnaround time.
- 2-5 years' experience.
- Matric.
- A+ N+ Certification.
- CompTIA preferred.
- Experienced Senior Laptop/ICT Technician.
- xe2x80x8bxe2x80x8bxe2x80x8bCustomer Centricity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- R180 000 xe2x80x93 R200 000 per annum.
