Minimum requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, business development, or a related role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business growth objectives.
Strong knowledge of HVAC technologies, products, and industry standards.

Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
