Job Summary Hospitality Hire is recruiting for a Senior HR Manager to operate in a strategic; board-facing capacity within a hotel environment. (Hotel Experience Essential) This role carries accountability for people strategy, governance, and HR leadership, while remaining actively involved in operational delivery. Key Focus Areas Lead HR strategy and governance at senior leadership level Engage with Executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders Own recruitment frameworks, workforce planning, and retention strategy Lead complex IR matters and ensure labour law compliance Oversee training, performance management, and HR operations Provide leadership and direction to the HR Manager Experience & Requirements 8-10+ years HR experience, ideally within hotels or hospitality Experience operating in a senior, strategic HR role Strong IR, compliance, and governance knowledge Comfortable operating at Executive and Board level ?
