6 Months Fixed-term contract
The envisaged incumbent will assist the NRF Leadership in co-ordinating and ensuring through experience and oversight, the execution of various key projects which need to be expedited. Among these are:
1. The review and rework of various HR policies and HR Strategy;
2. Review, re-alignment and streamlining of the special projects within the Organisational Development space such as:
a. Status assessment, development, refinement and roll-out of projects pertaining to Structure Re alignment, Performance Management System automation, Job Evaluation and Grading system transition from Peromnes to Paterson;
b. Competency Framework, Career Ladder; OneNRF Culture; and
c. Review of people Risk Benefits.
3. Engaging and supporting the NRF Leadership in National Collective Bargaining Forum (NCBF) meetings and in the acting capacity of the Chief Negotiator relating to the above projects listed in point 2 above.
4. Working closely with the People and Culture Management Team.
5. Support and advice the Interim Oversight Group Executive and current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in providing Human Resources domain expertise.
6. Continuous engagements with Business Units Managing Directors and Executives to fast track and expedite bottlenecks working through a Business Partnership Model.
7. Engage in stakeholder management forums, meetings and discussions.
8. Work closely with the internal Employee Relations consultants on Employee Relations matters.
9. Attend to ad-hoc assignments as and when requested to do so.
