Senior HR Manager. R80 000 CTC. West Rand. Relevant qualification. Are you a dynamic, hands-on HR professional with an in-depth understanding of South African labor legislation? Are you passionate about utilizing cutting-edge technology to revolutionize HR and recruitment processes? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Handling of all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, training, employee relations, and talent development. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of South African labor legislation, ensuring that HR practices remain compliant at all times. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and drive innovation through technology integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Lead the recruitment process, leveraging technology for applicant tracking, candidate evaluation, and onboarding improvements. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace. Provide expert guidance and support to Management.
