Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Compliance
Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll administration, compliance with SA labor laws (BCEA, LRA), and employee records in HRIS systems.
Drive senior-level recruitment: sourcing via LinkedIn/Indeed, interviewing, negotiations, and building talent pipelines for the Gauteng market.
Lead HR projects like performance KPIs, employee engagement initiatives, and awards programs while handling queries and relations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
support benefits administration, leaves of absence, and employee relations matters
Develop, implement, and improve HR policies and procedures
Prepare HR reports, audits, and workforce analytics
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and management on HR matters
