Role Overview
The Senior Growth Manager owns the performance, efficiency, and strategic direction of paid media investments across digital and retail media channels. This role sits at the intersection of media buying, financial performance management, and growth strategy.
You will oversee media spend across DTC, retailer media networks, and Amazon PPC--combining hands-on execution with agency management. The role requires strong analytical rigor, close collaboration with Finance and Marketing leadership, and the ability to translate performance data into confident investment decisions that fuel profitable growth.
