Job Description

Reporting into senior leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in group reporting and consolidations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong financial oversight across the group.
Key Responsibilities:

• Performing group consolidations across multiple entities
• Preparation of group annual financial statements (AFS)
• Preparation and review of group management accounts
• Providing strong technical accounting input, particularly around consolidations
• Leading and mentoring a small finance team
• Liaising with auditors and key internal stakeholders

Experience & Qualifications:

• CA(SA) qualification preferred
• 5+ years' post-articles experience
• Strong technical accounting and consolidations experience
• Prior insurance industry exposure is advantageous
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team
• Confident, professional presence with the ability to operate at the senior level
