Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Computer literacy (MS Office).
5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead design role.
A strong portfolio showcasing design across print and digital media.
Proven experience creating high-quality product visuals, including 3D product renders and animations, for marketing or e-commerce.
Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro
Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, KeyShot, Adobe Substance Stager, V-Ray.
Knowledge on After Effects & Premiere Pro, XD or Adobe Figma will be advantageous.
Graphic design skills, including layout and image editing.
Experience composing visuals that showcase product features and benefits.
Understanding the fundamentals of lighting, materials, and composition principles in 3D environments.
Ability to prepare assets for print and digital use

Produce photorealistic 3D product renders for marketing and sales materials
Create short 3D animations or videos to showcase product features
Develop and maintain a library of reusable 3D assets for future use
Research and trial new tools, techniques, and technologies that can elevate visual output (e.g., rendering engines, AI compositing, advanced image tools).
Propose and deploy solutions to improve the quality, speed, or realism of product content.
Stay up to date with industry trends and software developments relevant to product visualisation and content creation.
Design marketing collateral incorporating 3D renders
Support graphic design needs across the department as required
Ensure visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Deliver high-quality visual outputs within agreed timelines
Prioritise multiple projects and adjust to changing deadlines or priorities
Prepare all assets optimised for both digital channels
Work closely with marketing, product, and photography teams to plan visual requirements
