Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience
- At least 12 years in a senior or lead design role
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, layout and campaign design
- Excellent understanding of branding, typography and colour theory
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Lead and mentor a small internal design team
- Oversee and execute a wide range of design projects (catalogues, packaging, print & digital media)
- Maintain and develop visual brand consistency across all platforms
- Manage design workflows, timelines, and approvals
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative briefs and strategy
- Ensure all output meets quality standards and brand guidelines
- Stay up to date with design trends and tools to keep work innovative and relevant
