Our client in the Online Betting and Gambling industry located in Century City is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team within the online betting and gambling industry. The ideal candidate will lead design initiatives that captivate and engage our audience across digital and print platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of branding, user engagement, and compliance within a regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Execution

• Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns, promotions, and betting displays.
• Design materials including posters, flyers, merchandise, signage, and digital assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align designs with strategic goals.
• Update and maintain website visuals and in-branch betting displays.
• Liaise with printers and vendors to ensure quality and accuracy of final outputs.
• Review and approve final artwork for production and publishing.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide junior and advanced graphic designers.
• Foster a collaborative and ethical work environment.
• Support career development and training initiatives.
• Promote team morale and talent retention.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all designs adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain organized and backed-up design archives.
• Deliver error-free, inclusive, and non-biased content.

Innovation & Market Awareness

• Stay updated on design trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Contribute to product innovation and new service offerings.
• Support initiatives to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:

• Matric certificate
• Proven experience in graphic design within a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Photoshop and desktop publishing tools
• Strong layout and typography skills

Advantageous:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design
• Experience in the betting, gaming, or entertainment industry
