Start Date: As soon as possibleSalary: R26 000 pmTime: UK HoursAbout the RoleMy Client, a UK-based leader in the arts and crafts industry, is seeking a dynamic Senior Graphic Designer and Conceptualizer to join their growing Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this is a pivotal role that combines creative direction, hands-on design execution, and strategic alignment across multiple sales channels including B2B, B2C, and D2C.This is more than just a design jobit's an opportunity to shape visual storytelling across an extensive brand portfolio that includes innovative product ranges such as Crystal Art, Paint By Numb3r, and Forever Flowerz. Youll be working at the intersection of digital innovation, brand strategy, and retail/event marketing, playing a critical part in elevating brand presence globally.Key Responsibilities

• Conceptual Development: Create and lead innovative visual strategies and design concepts tailored to diverse audiences and marketing funnels.
• Brand Execution: Drive cohesive design execution across all platformsweb, social media, print, and physical marketing (retail, events).
• Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Digital & Print Excellence: Design engaging content for websites, landing pages, social media campaigns, emails, brochures, POS, flyers, outdoor advertising, and more.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing and product teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual content.
• Trendspotting: Stay ahead of design trends and emerging tools to keep branding and campaigns fresh and forward-thinking.
• Mentorship & Oversight: Provide expert creative guidance to junior designers and freelancers as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a design-centric role, especially within social media and print advertising.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full campaign life cycles from concept through execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva.
• Deep understanding of brand identity, layout, typography, and color theory for both digital and traditional media.
• Experience creating assets for landing pages or digital environments.
• Strong visual storytelling and conceptualisation skills.
• Highly organised with excellent communication and time-management abilities.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with web development basics or motion graphics.
• Experience in a relevant or adjacent industry (arts, crafts, lifestyle brands, or consumer products).
• Confidence working with analytics to tailor content performance.
• Previous experience in event or retail marketing design is a strong advantage.
